In November of
1995, we experienced an extensive fire in our rental property on Oak Street, West Lafayette. Within hours after the
early morning fire, not only our agent, Bob Watson and the adjuster from
Indiana Insurance Company, Dean Criss were on the scene but also Serv-Pro
restoration services as well as Neal's Contracting who ultimately,
totally refurbished the apartment so that occupancy in the Purdue Fall
semester was possible.
Throughout this

were greatly surprised by finding a check for our insurance claim in our

any experience making claims in the 25 years I have been
driving, I'm under the impression that things don't generally move this
